First driveaway experience. It's a gig service, not a traditional contract position. Trip offers are sent out in "waves" with each wave being drivers with similar metrics which are...

Easy sign up DOT Medical card results in instant activation and as of Summer 2026, that cost is reimbursed with the first trip.
First line of support is AI and fairly useful if quite limited in solutions. So far, pay is below average per mile but still twice minimum wage per hour. No load board, you must watch your phone for trip notifications.

Pay is too low doesn’t change with fuel prices usually use as a connection to get to other areas. Pay a little slower than my other companies, dispatch is great

Dispatch is great, Pay for CDL load a little better than some of my other companies, never had a problem with them. Able to book loads 3 to 4 days in advance which is a plus
