Driveaway Hub

Last Updated: August 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Driveaway Hub website, mobile applications, company services, and related features (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using Driveaway Hub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of the Service

Driver-facing features may include:

  • Trip and expense tracking
  • Earnings calculations
  • Company reviews
  • CNG station information
  • Shuttle resources
  • Driver Capability Profiles
  • Driver Discovery
  • Company recruiting-interest notifications
  • Industry and community resources
  • Other driver tools

Company-facing services may include:

  • Company Intelligence
  • Economic benchmarks
  • Workforce Intelligence
  • Driver sentiment
  • Trends and comparisons
  • Driver Discovery
  • Recruiting-interest tools
  • Review management and responses
  • Other analytics, recruiting, reputation, or industry-intelligence features

Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued over time.

2. Driveaway Hub Is Not a Driveaway Company

Driveaway Hub does not employ driveaway drivers and is not a driveaway carrier, broker, dispatcher, motor carrier, transportation provider, or staffing agency.

Driveaway Hub does not:

  • Guarantee work
  • Assign Units
  • Set a driver's compensation
  • Establish an employment or independent-contractor relationship between drivers and companies
  • Guarantee that a company will contact or hire a driver
  • Guarantee that a driver will accept work from a company

Any working relationship between a driver and a driveaway company exists independently of Driveaway Hub.

3. Driver Accounts and Free Driver Services

Driveaway Hub intends to provide its core driver-facing tools without a subscription charge to drivers.

We may support free driver services through company subscriptions, sponsorships, advertising, affiliate relationships, partnerships, or other commercial arrangements.

The availability of particular features may change over time.

Drivers remain responsible for the accuracy of information they enter and for independently verifying information used in financial, routing, fueling, employment, contracting, or other decisions.

4. Driver Trip Data and Company Intelligence

When a driver submits trip, compensation, expense, location, qualification, review, or related information to Driveaway Hub, the driver grants Driveaway Hub permission to process that information as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Drivers also acknowledge and agree that Driveaway Hub may use information derived from driver-submitted data in de-identified and/or aggregated form to create:

  • Company Intelligence
  • Industry benchmarks
  • Economic statistics
  • Compensation statistics
  • Expense analysis
  • Workforce analysis
  • Trends
  • Geographic activity analysis
  • Driver sentiment
  • Company comparisons
  • Research
  • Commercial reports and products
  • Other driveaway-industry analytics

Individual private trip records are not provided to companies through Company Intelligence.

Driveaway Hub may charge companies or other business customers for access to products, analytics, or services created using de-identified or aggregated information.

The fact that Driveaway Hub receives revenue from these products does not give a company ownership of driver data or access to the identity of drivers who contributed particular data points.

5. De-Identification and Driver Privacy

Driveaway Hub uses privacy protections designed to prevent company analytics from identifying individual drivers.

Company customers may not attempt to:

  • Identify a driver from anonymous or de-identified data
  • Determine which driver submitted a particular trip
  • Match anonymous statistics to known drivers
  • Circumvent minimum-sample protections
  • Combine Driveaway Hub intelligence with other information for the purpose of re-identifying a contributor

Attempts to defeat these privacy safeguards may result in immediate suspension or termination of company access.

6. Driver Discovery

Driver Discovery is optional and is disabled by default.

A driver who enables Discovery may select eligible professional information to make visible to verified driveaway companies.

Discovery information may include qualifications, experience, Unit-type experience, CDL information, endorsements, professional credentials, and state-level location information selected or authorized by the driver.

Discovery does not provide companies with private trip histories, earnings, exact home ZIP codes, personal contact details, document numbers, or other information designated as private by Driveaway Hub.

A driver may change or disable Discovery settings at any time.

A driver's participation in Discovery does not represent that the driver:

  • Is available for work
  • Is unemployed
  • Is seeking a new company
  • Is unaffiliated with another company
  • Will respond to recruiting interest

7. Recruiting Interest

Verified companies may be permitted to express interest in discoverable driver profiles.

Expressing interest is not direct messaging and does not create a job offer or employment relationship.

Companies must use recruiting features responsibly and may not:

  • Spam drivers
  • Attempt to circumvent platform limits
  • Create multiple accounts to avoid limits
  • Use false or misleading company information
  • Use discovered information for harassment or retaliation
  • Attempt to obtain private driver information through deceptive means

Driveaway Hub may impose cooldown periods, usage limits, digest schedules, or other anti-spam protections.

8. Company Accounts

Company features may be available only to verified, claimed, approved, beta-enabled, trial, or paid company accounts.

Company representatives must:

  • Have authority to act on behalf of the company
  • Provide accurate company information
  • Keep account credentials secure
  • Use Company Intelligence only for lawful business purposes
  • Respect driver privacy
  • Comply with recruiting restrictions
  • Refrain from attempts to identify anonymous contributors

Driveaway Hub may require verification before granting access to company features.

We may refuse, suspend, or revoke company access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, drivers, data integrity, or other users.

9. Company Intelligence Limitations

Company Intelligence is based in whole or in part on user-reported information.

It may not represent every trip, every driver, every company relationship, or the complete operations of a company.

Sample sizes may vary.

Driveaway Hub may establish minimum sample thresholds before displaying company-specific information.

Statistics, comparisons, rankings, workforce characteristics, trends, or other analytics:

  • Are informational
  • May be based on incomplete samples
  • May change as new information is submitted
  • Should not be interpreted as audited financial information
  • Should not be treated as a definitive representation of a company's entire workforce or operations

Driveaway Hub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, representativeness, or continued availability of any particular metric.

10. Workforce Intelligence

Workforce Intelligence may describe characteristics of drivers represented in the Driveaway Hub network or subsets of drivers with reported company activity.

Terms such as "Potential Driver Pool" or similar descriptions do not mean that those drivers:

  • Are available
  • Are actively seeking work
  • Are unemployed
  • Are unaffiliated with another driveaway company
  • Meet every qualification required by a company

Companies are responsible for independently verifying qualifications before contracting with or employing any person.

11. Company Reviews

Reviews and ratings represent the opinions and experiences of individual users.

Driveaway Hub may moderate content for compliance with platform rules but does not guarantee that every statement in a review is complete or independently verified.

Users may not knowingly submit fraudulent reviews, impersonate another person, or intentionally publish materially false information.

Companies may be permitted to respond to approved reviews.

Companies may not use review responses or other Driveaway Hub features to:

  • Harass a reviewer
  • Threaten retaliation
  • Attempt to identify an anonymous reviewer
  • Publish private personal information
  • Coerce a reviewer into changing or removing a review

Driveaway Hub may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these requirements.

12. AI-Assisted Features

Driveaway Hub may provide artificial-intelligence-assisted tools, including suggested company review responses or other drafting assistance.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.

Users and companies are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

Driveaway Hub does not guarantee that AI-generated content accurately reflects a company's policies, employees, departments, practices, promises, or legal obligations.

13. Company Subscriptions and Trials

Certain company features may require a paid subscription.

Driveaway Hub may offer promotional or free trial periods.

The length of a trial, subscription price, billing frequency, included features, and any promotional terms will be disclosed when the company enrolls.

Unless otherwise disclosed at enrollment:

  • Trials do not guarantee continued free access
  • Access to paid company features may end when a trial expires
  • Continued use of paid features may require an active subscription
  • Subscription pricing may change for future billing periods upon appropriate notice

If recurring billing is enabled, the renewal terms and cancellation process will be disclosed before purchase.

Companies are responsible for applicable charges authorized through their accounts.

14. Payments

Paid services may be processed through a third-party payment provider.

Driveaway Hub may not directly receive or store full payment-card credentials.

Payment processing may also be subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension or termination of paid company access.

15. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Affiliate Relationships

Driveaway Hub may display:

  • Advertisements
  • Sponsored resources
  • Discounts
  • Affiliate offers
  • Partner promotions

Driveaway Hub may receive compensation when users view, interact with, or purchase through certain sponsored or affiliate offerings.

Sponsored or affiliate relationships do not change the privacy protections applied to private driver trip records.

Where required, sponsored or advertising content will be identified appropriately.

16. User Responsibilities

All users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the Service lawfully
  • Maintain the security of their accounts
  • Respect other users
  • Avoid fraud, manipulation, harassment, or abuse
  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Avoid interfering with or attempting to compromise the Service

Users may not:

  • Impersonate another person or company
  • Submit knowingly fraudulent data
  • Scrape or systematically extract protected information
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer privacy controls
  • Circumvent account restrictions
  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, analytics, or recruiting limits
  • Use the Service to harass, discriminate against, or retaliate against another person

17. User-Submitted Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit to Driveaway Hub.

By submitting content, users grant Driveaway Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, analyze, and use the content as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate the Service
  • Display content the user intended to publish
  • Create calculations and account features
  • Moderate the platform
  • Improve Driveaway Hub
  • Produce de-identified or aggregated analytics and commercial products

This license does not give companies access to a driver's private account or personally identifiable trip history.

18. CNG, Routing, Shuttle, and Other Information

CNG station information, routing information, shuttle listings, prices, availability, community reports, and similar resources may change without notice.

Users are responsible for independently confirming critical information before relying on it.

Driveaway Hub is not responsible for:

  • Fuel availability
  • Station pressure
  • Station closures
  • Routing conditions
  • Shuttle availability
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Missed pickups or deliveries
  • Costs incurred based on inaccurate or outdated third-party or community information

19. Suspension and Termination

Driveaway Hub may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraud or abuse
  • Security concerns
  • Nonpayment of paid services
  • Attempts to re-identify anonymous drivers
  • Harassment or retaliation
  • Manipulation of platform data
  • Circumvention of platform safeguards
  • Other conduct that threatens users or the integrity of the Service

Users may stop using the Service and may request account deletion subject to our Privacy Policy.

20. Intellectual Property

Driveaway Hub's software, branding, design, analytics methods, reports, interfaces, logos, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Driveaway Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly allowed, users may not reproduce, resell, distribute, scrape, copy, or commercially exploit Driveaway Hub's proprietary company intelligence, reports, software, or other protected materials.

A company subscription provides a limited right to use the Service during the applicable subscription period. It does not transfer ownership of Driveaway Hub data products or intellectual property.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

Driveaway Hub does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Complete or accurate user-reported information
  • Particular financial results
  • Employment or contracting opportunities
  • Recruiting outcomes
  • Specific driver availability
  • Fuel or transportation availability
  • That company analytics represent every driver or trip

Users and companies remain responsible for their own business, financial, contracting, employment, routing, and transportation decisions.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Driveaway Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Driveaway Hub is not responsible for disputes between:

  • Drivers and driveaway companies
  • Drivers and shuttle providers
  • Companies and applicants
  • Reviewers and reviewed companies
  • Users and third-party service providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms over time.

If a change to these Terms is material, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by applicable law.

Before final publication, Driveaway Hub may designate the specific state and jurisdiction governing these Terms based on the legal entity that operates the Service.
