  1. Okay company to get started with. Lots of Do’s and Don’ts. Two dispatch terminals. One in Indiana and one in Georgia. Rates are on the low side but they do have a lot of runs. They require one trip per month to remain active. Georgia dispatch liked to play the “You have to take one to get one you want” game. I would just call Indiana dispatch and get the load I wanted without having to play stupid games.

  2. Love dispatch. Called me on 1st run to make sure everything going ok. They always get back to me quickly

    Orientation was pretty thorough. It would be nice if someone kinda walked you through their process on the first pickup in yard. Even going out in the yard . It’s kinda learn as you go

    Pay is quick once you turn in paperwork

    Just drive app is terrible. Takes forever to take pics. I just take with phone camera and move.

    Claims/yard – this may be everywhere I don’t know. These vehicles are new. I shouldn’t have to call claims before I even take a unit. I’ve had to wait hours and even while in route. If all the scratches are there when shuttle picks up, someone should be notified then. Not when a driver gets it. This is causing delays for customer/driver and more work on claims dept

    Load board – wish it had pay listed. I wish someone (shuttle etc) could look and see what kind of hitch needed to use tow car and have it listed on app.. I can’t take any loads until I get to yard and go look at units.

  3. My first company when I started back in 2018. Still
    with them because they always have work. Their
    pay is some of the worst in driveaway but they usually have a run that fits into whatever else i’m doing. Dispatchers are great. Really i’f their pay was raised to a reasonable rate I’d have no complaints.

  4. I use to work here a few years ago,however I left because of the pay,but I never had any issues with them.
    I miss my Dispatcher who left ,however they have plenty of work.
    I did leave on good terms,however they payed me on time without any issues.
