Varsity Driveaway is a transportation company that specializes in vehicle relocation services. The company offers a unique service that allows individuals or businesses to have their vehicles transported from one location to another by professional drivers. This service is commonly used by people who need to transport their vehicles for long distances, such as when moving to a new state or when purchasing a car from a dealership in another state.
Varsity Driveaway offers both personal and commercial vehicle relocation services. Personal services are designed for individuals who need to transport their personal vehicles, while commercial services are designed for businesses that need to transport their fleet vehicles. The company’s team of professional drivers are highly trained and experienced, ensuring that vehicles are transported safely and efficiently.
One of the unique aspects of Varsity Driveaway is their “driveaway” service, which involves having a professional driver drive the vehicle to its destination rather than loading it onto a truck or trailer. This can be a more affordable and convenient option for some customers, especially if they need their vehicle transported over a relatively short distance.
Varsity has a great boom dispatcher, always has great communication with you and will help you find something to get you out of the middle of nowhere in a pinch!
I’ve heard decent things about them overall, but I have heard that if you are a boom driver and don’t run for them yet, you’re missing out. Idk if that’s true or not, I haven’t seen the load boards yet but I know they move a lot of singles and decks too
Wow! Smh had a great dispatcher!
Very bad owners. They blamed me for damaging a unit I never even taken.
And get this, I didn’t hear about nothing till 2 months later.
Sounds crazy because it is.
They took my money that accumulated. Then let me go kinda. We’ll,They said I can drive for them again but I refused until they returned my money for something that I didn’t do.
I was bamboozled.
Trust me…Varsity does not term drivers unless you have gotten caught doing something you shouldn’t or you had a mishap and you don’t meet their insurance standards…..the good drivers know this so no one is believing this horse crap.
Worked with them for a couple of years. The pay started off pretty good, probably tops in the industry. But that changed once the owners got ahead they started treating people (drivers AND Dispatchers) like crap. I sent their plates to them and I would never go back!!
